Working with Pure Speed Academy is an opportunity for your players to work with elite sprint coaches and experience specialist sprint and speed training.

In 2011 we will only work with a select group of very motivated, highly proffesional, dedicated young ambitious rugby players as we think that they deserve what we have to offer at our specialist speed sessions.

• Think hard about where you're    aiming to be and why it is you are in    your sport.
• What is it that makes you get out of bed to go and train, practise and play?
• Address the problems that are most relevant to you and your rugby.
• Is what you are already doing helping you get to where you want to be 'at the top of your game'.
• Make a definite plan to develop and improve your mental and physical approach.
• Above all go and get the right team around you to make it happen and go and do it now.
